EHSA (Electronic Hook Switch Adaptor)

The EHSA is a module that enables users to answer and end calls when away from their desk terminals. The EHSA use a set of cables that connects between the users' headset base and desk terminal. The EHSA is integrated in the foot stand of the terminal.

Major features includes:

  • Remote call control with dedicated base set
  • Integrated within the terminal foot stand
  • LIP-9000, IP-9800 and LDP-9200 terminal series supported (except LIP-9002, IP-9802, LDP-9208)
  • Only Jabra and Plantronics base sets supported (only Plantronics products are proposed as part of this proposal)
  • Dedicated hardware switch to toggle between SIP and IPKTS protocol use when connected to IP-9800 or LDP9200/LIP-9000 series terminals
  • LED status indication (4 color LED to indicate EHS state)
  • Powered by terminal via dedicated ribbon cable

  The following  base sets are compatible with the E-LG EHS:

  • Plantronics SAVI 700 series (W740, W730, W720, W710)
  • Plantronics CS500 series (CS540, CS530, CS520, CS510)
  • JABRA Pro 9400 series (PRO 9470, PRO 9460, PRO9450, PRO025, PRO920)

  The following Headset base sets are offered as part of this proposal:

  • Plantronics CS510
  • Plantronics CS540
  • Plantronics SAVI W740
